We are looking for a motivated, execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to support our recruitment marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and work hard in a fast-paced environment.You will focus primarily on content execution, LinkedIn growth, basic SEO implementation, and supporting lead generation initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong work ethics, attention to detail, and a willingness to grind and improve continuously.There is strong opportunity for growth and compensation increase based on performance.Key Responsibilities

Publish and manage content on our website and LinkedIn
Assist in writing blog posts, newsletters, and marketing content
Support LinkedIn growth and engagement strategies
Conduct basic keyword research and optimize content for SEO
Assist in managing Google Ads or paid campaigns (if applicable)
Design simple marketing creatives using Canva
Monitor basic analytics (traffic, engagement, leads)
Research companies with active hiring needs
Support leadership in marketing and branding initiatives
Maintain consistency in posting schedules and campaign execution

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn marketing
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Experience using Canva (or similar design tools)
Good written English and copywriting skills
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable working US business hours
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Self-starter mindset — does not require constant supervision

Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience supporting a recruitment or staffing company
Basic Google Ads or Meta Ads knowledge
Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Marketing or Business-related degree
