CSR – TELEMARKETER (OUTBOUND)

• Research potential clients in targeted industries, and develop a list of targets to call using a basic CRM or Excel
• Make a high volume of initial calls, using a set script to elicit responses
• Make notes on each call and classify those to follow up
• Sept up and record appointments with a technology consultant for those contacts who have technology needs and show an interest in receiving more information
• Make closing notes for the technology consultant to use when conducting the appointment
• Send follow up emails and attach relevant product information to those who cannot confirm an initial appointment
