Establish contact to assigned leads/clients through outbound calls, Emails, SMS and Chat while following the required contacting procedures.
Consistently achieve business targets.
Adhere to compliance and other regulatory requirements within the role
Create and maintain customer relationships with potential clients
Actively contribute to team’s success through achieving Key Performance Index (KPI)
Keep detailed records by regularly updating the CRM and other official data files according to the set standards and requirements.

Native Indian Speaker (Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu)
High School graduate / Diploma / Vocational / Bachelor's Degree
Conversant in English
Experience working in a BPO setup is preferred but not required
Strong analytical and planning skills;Good communication and presentation skills
Sales experience is an advantage
With or without BPO experience
Willing to work on-site (Makati)
