Campground Call Center Service Representative (Remote - Philippines)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our remote campground call center team. The ideal candidate will assist with reservations, answer customer inquiries, and provide accurate campground information with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to campground reservations and inquiries.
Assist customers in making, modifying, or canceling reservations using our booking system.
Provide information about campground policies, amenities, directions, and local attractions.
Manage customer complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow scripts and procedures while maintaining a natural, engaging tone with customers.
Stay up to date with seasonal campground updates, closures, or availability changes.
Meet performance metrics, including call handling time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor performance metrics, with a focus on call-to-reservation conversion tracking.
Communicate effectively with the team and supervisors via internal tools.
Adhere to company schedules, timekeeping, and attendance policies.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Proven customer service or call center experience (preferably remote).
Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and U.S. holidays (based on U.S. time zones).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using call center tools, email platforms, and CRM systems.
Reliable and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability.
Technical & Backup Requirements:
To ensure uninterrupted service, candidates must have access to the following:
Primary computer/laptop with updated OS and stable performance.
High-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
Backup internet solution (e.g., mobile data, secondary provider, or pocket Wi-Fi).
Noise-cancelling headset with extended microphone boom for clear voice transmission.
Quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise or distractions.
Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and/or backup generator to prevent power outages from affecting service.
