About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Finance & Administration Manager to lead our finance, compliance, and administrative operations in the Philippines. This senior role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting to our Hong Kong headquarters, driving budgeting and reforecasting processes, overseeing cash flow management, optimizing ERP systems (NetSuite), and maintaining full compliance with local regulations - including direct handling of BIR Letters of Authority (LOA). This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while managing both strategic and operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Financial Management Lead annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting in alignment with company targets. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for local management and Hong Kong HQ. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Oversee cash flow management to ensure operational liquidity and efficient use of funds. Monitor working capital and implement strategies to optimize cash resources. Oversee internal controls, risk management, and financial compliance. Maximize efficiency and accuracy in NetSuite ERP usage. Administrative & Operational Oversight Supervise procurement, vendor management, and asset control. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and corporate policies. Support HR functions including onboarding, records management, and benefits administration. Compliance & BIR Liaison Ensure timely submission of tax filings, permits, and licenses. Manage and resolve BIR LOA cases and related compliance matters. Maintain corporate and legal documentation for audits. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 10 years' experience in finance, accounting, and administration, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, reforecasting, regional reporting, and compliance management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
