Ensure workflow for AP invoices is completed and in compliance with our internal requirements.
Ensure emails and tickets are addressed following our SLA.
Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.
Ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered.
Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.

Qualifications

Thorough understanding of general accounting.
Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables.
More than 3 years of AP experience.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure.
Ability to work collaboratively & independently in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Knows SAP system
Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
