Job Scope: Oversee all aspects of tax compliance and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate filings with BIR, BoC, LGUs, and other regulatory authorities. Lead and manage tax audits, assessments, refunds, and government correspondences to minimize risks and safeguard the organization. Drive tax planning strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce unnecessary liabilities within the bounds of applicable laws. Provide tax advisory support to management, including the impact of new laws, contracts, and business initiatives. Ensure proper documentation, controls, and audit-readiness across all legal entities under the Group. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA). At least 10 years of relevant tax experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role. Strong technical expertise in Philippine tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage tax audits, risk controls, and government dealings.
