Jumpstart your career today! Key Responsibilities: Identifies opportunities and enable delivery of improvements in order to enhance productivity for a domain intensive process. Improve domain specific process efficiency and effectiveness to enhance productivity and margins. Governance compliance - ensure adherence to governance model. Work with key stakeholders in order to set and manage domain delivery specific expectations Provide inputs from a delivery perspective to SOW, RFP process. Provide inputs to transition team on domain specific SLAs. Participate in initiatives to support Practice Lead to reach organizational objectives and improving competencies. Partners with transition teams in solution and delivery excellence, transformational projects, to ensure a robust transition. Key Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree, in any field. Minimum 15+ years of experience in Operations, currently at Director level role/capacity. Strong experience in managing customer service/customer care, fraud and collections support within a financial and banking vertical supporting multiple businesses with at least 500+ FTE. Handling Contracts (SOW/MSA), working closely with clients and leadership team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in managing P&L and background in handling transitions. Involvement or have exposure to automation projects. Six-sigma certification is a plus. Knowledge of Lean would be an advantage. Excellent people management skills. Preferably someone who can start immediately and amenable to work in US hours (on-site).
