By joining us as an Employee Mobility Specialist, you will be providing end-to-end administrative support for global mobility processes, including visa applications, travel arrangements (flights, hotels, and transportation), and employee relocations. You will ensure compliance with immigration regulations and facilitate smooth transitions for employees on international assignments. You will also manage documentation and records using SharePoint, including automation of workflows to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance.If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines!In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Coordinate and manage global employee mobility processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and international regulations.
  • Research and stay current on visa, immigration, and relocation requirements across various jurisdictions.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and passport/visa processing.
  • Ensure timely completion of all medical, visa, and immigration documentation.
  • Facilitate travel insurance enrollment and assist with claims processing.
  • Conduct briefings and training sessions for employees and managers on mobility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, travel partners, and embassies to support seamless mobility operations.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance mobility operations, such as automating repetitive tasks, analyzing mobility trends, and improving data-driven decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobility, HR operations, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of international mobility processes, immigration regulations, and relocation logistics.
  • Ability to work with external legal counsel or immigration consultants.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
