Continuously monitor network performance and availability using industry-standard monitoring tools.
Quickly identify, document, and escalate technical issues according to established procedures.
Perform initial troubleshooting for network-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with engineering and support teams to resolve more complex network issues.
Maintain thorough records of incidents and service requests to support reporting and analysis.
Assist in implementing routine maintenance and upgrades to network systems.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for NOC operations.
Provide high-quality customer service and communication during incident resolution.
Stay informed of new technologies and best practices in network operations.

Requirements:1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.2. Previous experience in a Network Operations Center or similar role is desirable.3. Basic understanding of networking principles, including knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.4. Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, or Nagios is a plus.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot network issues.6. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly.7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.8.
