- Perform initial troubleshooting for network-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with engineering and support teams to resolve more complex network issues.
- Maintain thorough records of incidents and service requests to support reporting and analysis.
- Assist in implementing routine maintenance and upgrades to network systems.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for NOC operations.
- Provide high-quality customer service and communication during incident resolution.
- Stay informed of new technologies and best practices in network operations.
