JOB SUMMARY: The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, with a key focus on talent acquisition, to further enhance the company organizational chart and culture. The HR Manager will partner with leaders and employees across the organization to attract and retain top talent, ensure compliance with labor regulations, support employee growth, and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace where people can thrive. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines, while building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards Manage employee relations cases, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and annual reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives Plan and execute learning and development initiatives to enhance skills, career growth, and leadership capability Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR programs and initiatives Lead employee engagement activities to strengthen morale, collaboration, and retention Maintain accurate HR records, data, and metrics to guide decision-making and report to management Perform other ad-hoc tasks as discussed and agreed with the management QUALIFICATIONS: At least 10 years of work experience managing teams in fast paced and high output roles Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Strong understanding of talent management strategies With excellent critical thinking and analytical skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution Show more Show less
