Overview: BPORelations is looking for a Quality Analyst Manager to oversee the quality assurance program for a Lead Generation campaign. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a strong background in quality management, data analysis, and call center operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to improve call quality, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor a team of Quality Analysts, providing regular coaching and performance feedback. Conduct regular audits of calls to ensure compliance with company and client standards, identifying areas for improvement. Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities to enhance sales and customer experience. Collaborate with sales managers, trainers, and other departments to implement quality improvement initiatives. Prepare and present quality reports to management and clients. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Quality Analyst Manager or a similar role in a call center environment. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and sales processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
