We are looking for a Property Management Accounting Clerk that is organized and focused on details. In addition to overseeing a range of accounting responsibilities linked to property management, the ideal applicant will be in charge of maintaining timely and accurate financial records. Job Responsibilities: Go through all the bank accounts and reconcile. Enter all expenses and income into the program. Enter all tenants with their info and rental payments and details. Be on top of payments and deposits etc. Enter all financial transactions, including expenses and income, into the accounting program. Manage tenant information, rental payments, and other details in the property management system. Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the property management industry. Proficiency in ManageGo Program and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
