Support Accountant working under a full-time US account manager serving multiple clients. Required to work US hours for a minimum of 6 weeks or until the team is satisfied that quality and performance are nominal for a period of 4 weeks. We will require flexing hours to US hours anytime the team feels that quality or performance falls below expectations. Xero Experience - 2+ years (especially with experience using these features): Hubdoc AP/Data Entry, AP Payment Posting and Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation General Accounting Knowledge (BS, PL) [Asset, Liability, Revenue, Expense, Equity AP Processing Experience/knowledge. Bank Reconciliation Experience/knowledge. Payroll Accounting Experience/knowledge (Payroll Taxes, Checks vs. Direct Deposits, Benefits). Sales Accounting Experience/knowledge (Taxes, Discounts, Paid-Outs, etc). AR Reconciliation Experience/knowledge. Personal Traits (values Alignment) Believes in teamwork and has a service-oriented mindset. A self-motivated learner. Detail oriented with great organization skills.
