You will make a direct impact by: Utilizing Xero for comprehensive AP management, including Hubdoc, AP Data Entry, and Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation. Overseeing payroll accounting tasks, including payroll taxes, direct deposits, and benefits administration. Conducting AR reconciliation to maintain accuracy in client accounts. This Role Is for You If... Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, specifically with Xero. Experience working with international clients is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in Xero and accounting software, with a solid understanding of financial statements, AP/AR processes, and payroll accounting. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
