Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing user needs, and ensuring that the applications function effectively to support organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, addressing any issues that arise. Document application processes and updates to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday HCM Testing. Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. Experience with testing frameworks and tools relevant to Workday HCM. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively. Familiarity with data management and reporting within Workday HCM. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Workday HCM Testing. This position is based at our Manila office. Develop test scripts test conditions input test data and expected results for one or more test streams including unit assembly application product integration product performance user acceptance operational acceptance and technical architecture tests. Develop update and maintain testing standards and procedures. Record problems and issues in accordance with the project s problem and issue management plans. Document defects using the project defect management tools. Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process. Participate in the release control process when the application is transferred from the build team to the test team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Validate product fixes.
