About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Accountant professional to lead and manage our accounts payable function. In this role, you will process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments, reconcile AP and credit card transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with purchasing teams and vendors to resolve inquiries, address exceptions, and recommend process improvements, while also supporting month-end close activities and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments in line with company policies. Reconcile accounts payable transactions, vendor statements, and credit card accounts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and documentation. Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Collaborate with purchasing teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and exceptions. Support month-end close by preparing accruals, reconciliations, and reports. Assist in audits by providing required schedules, reports, and supporting documents. Address day-to-day AP transactions while identifying opportunities for process improvements. Screening Criteria: Minimum of 2 years' experience in US accounting Stable employment history. Required Qualifications: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa). Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, reconciliations). Knowledge of GAAP, financial close processes, and variance analysis. Experience preparing reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in dynamic work settings. Self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
