This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, ensuring efficient product distribution, and driving growth in the regional market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in distribution management, particularly within the food and beverage industry, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Your Responsibilities:
  • Distributor Relationship Management:
Develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with regional distributors to ensure efficient and effective distribution of products. * Sales and Performance Targets:Work closely with distributors to set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide support to ensure targets are met or exceeded. * Market Analysis & Strategy:Conduct market research to identify new distributor opportunities and assess competitive positioning within the region. Develop strategies to increase market share and improve distributor performance. * Training & Development:Provide product training, sales support, and marketing assistance to distributors. Ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their market. * Supply Chain Coordination:Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product deliveries and manage stock levels with distributors to avoid shortages or overstocking. * Performance Reporting:Track and report key performance metrics such as sales growth, inventory levels, and distributor feedback. Present regular updates to senior management. * Problem Resolution:Address any issues or concerns raised by distributors, ensuring swift resolution to maintain strong relationships and minimize disruption to the business. * Compliance & Regulations:Ensure that all distribution activities comply with local regulations and company policies, particularly regarding product safety and quality standards. * Marketing & Promotion:Support regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities that drive demand for products within the distributor network.What our Client is Looking For:
  • Education:
Any bachelor’s degree * Experience:8 years experience in food or beverage distribution management in south luzon * Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including product trends and consumer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
