We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to lead, streamline, and scale our end-to-end business operations. This role is key to driving operational excellence across data management, automation, sales, inventory control , and retail product handling . You will be responsible for optimizing internal processes, aligning cross-functional teams, and leveraging data and technology to improve performance, reduce costs, and enable scalable growth. Think you&aposre a great fit Explore the role below: Key Responsibilities Strategic Operations Leadership Lead and manage daily business operations with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and performance. Set strategic goals and KPIs for operational excellence and ensure their execution aligns with overall business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning, resource allocation, and operational capacity. Data Management & Reporting Oversee data governance, accuracy, and reporting across departments. Develop robust dashboards and data pipelines to track sales, inventory, and operational metrics. Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level. Manage retail systems database, including store details, users, tagging, and more. Utilize data from the retail system to lead the team in creating and maintaining visibility reports that support ground operations-covering sales, inventory, attendance, and other retail initiatives. Sales & Inventory Oversight Monitor and manage sales operations including forecasting, reporting, and coordination. Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and control to ensure optimal stock levels and turnover rates. Work closely with warehouse, retail, and merchandising teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment efficiency. Automation & Process Optimization Identify and implement automation opportunities across workflows and departments. Review and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency. Team Management Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including sales support, inventory, supply chain, and data analysts. Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance. Coordinate with other departments to meet all retail data and dashboard needs. Ensure team alignment with the company's mission, vision, and operational goals.
