About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Fuels Road Transportation Support - Customer Service Representative . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines . Note: This is for a 1-year employment contract. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following Receive and handle customers inquires and complaints (via phone and email) Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' concerns and complaints Run daily reports and tank tests requests Set up new accounts Customer order placement Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, works with the team to determine the cause of the problem and follows up to ensure resolution Strongly collaborates with dispatch team, transportation management specialist, business system analyst, and retail business consultants to ensure the best customer service experience About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
