What are the Roles and Responsibilities Participates in Plant Mancom meetings as Finance business partners enabling ISC Operations make timely and actionable decisions and achieve OKRs and TMC Targets Analyze the Total Manufacturing cost (TMC), fixed manufacturing expenses (FME), and Plant, Warehouse and Distribution Centers OPEX. Timely and accurate preparation with explanation on the various management and financial reporting requirement of Plant Finance, not limited to MPR, TMC, OPEX, Savings. Participates in Budget preparation of Financial Plan. Ensures the accuracy of the annual budget of TMC and FME of the Plant from submission to uploading in SAP. Work with respective budget owners for preparation and analysis of Opex budget and follow up with variance analysis. Conducts detailed analysis of operating results, reports on any variance or deviation from the set budget and prepares new forecasts. Ensures the integrity and accuracy of the System and other Reporting Dashboard relevant to Manufacturing Plants, Warehouse and Distribution Centers. What are the Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. CPA is an advantage Experience with cost accounting or Plant finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion). Solid understanding of supply chain processes and cost drivers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
