We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Implementation Specialist to lead individual real estate brokerages in implementation and onboarding of our suite of back office products tailored for their needs. This role will focus on deploying our real estate commission and transaction management platform, as well as a platform designed to help brokers analyze market data and grow their business through strategic agent recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back office processes in the real estate industry and be adept at managing multiple implementations simultaneously.Responsibilities:Prior to the project kickoff, assess the client's current business needs and workflows. Make consultative recommendations on how they should use the BoldTrail BackOffice platform.Develop and manage a customized Implementation plan for each client.Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex scenarios directly.Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure the product is highly adopted.Communicate the project's implementation progress with internal stakeholders and the customer.De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions. Facilitate the resolution of all issues in order to retain the client.Partner with a team of Implementation Specialists to improve and scale internal processes. Recommend adjustments to the client journey that will improve the client's overall experience and adoption of the BoldTrail BackOffice product suite.Additional projects and duties will also apply. Other projects related to the Implementation Department, or other departments in Inside Real Estate, may also be assigned in this position, to advance the overall progress of the department and company as a whole.QualificationsPrevious experience in developing client relationships quickly is required.Exceptional communication skills that are apparent in your email and phone presence are required.Relentless attention to detail and follow through are required.Proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues is required.Experience managing complex technical scenarios is required.Experience using Salesforce is preferred.Bachelor's degree in business, communication or related field preferred.2 years+ of client facing Project Management experience at a SaaS based business preferred.Understanding of the Real Estate Industry is a plus.Additional Information:This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines.A stable internet connection (150 Mbps or Higher)Professional home office setup is required.
