This role involves close collaboration with project managers, stakeholders, and various departments to facilitate the smooth execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in coordinating project tasks, schedules, and resources, ensuring that all team members and stakeholders are aligned and that deadlines are met. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, meeting minutes, and status reports. Ensure that all project information is accurately recorded and accessible. Help track project progress by monitoring deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. Provide regular updates to the project manager regarding the project's status. Act as a point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Ensure smooth communication by organizing project meetings, sending out reminders, and updating stakeholders on project developments. Assist in tracking project resources, such as team members, budgets, equipment, and supplies. Help ensure resources are allocated efficiently. Coordinate meeting schedules, project timelines, and key milestones. Ensure that all participants are informed of important dates and deadlines. Assist in identifying potential risks or issues that could impact on the project's timeline, quality, or budget. Help the Functionality Manager develop strategies to address these risks. Contribute to project reviews after completion, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement for future projects. Track project outcomes by monitoring performance of newly implemented projects and ensuring it is aligned with the expected results and business objectives. Support continuous enhancement of implemented or ongoing services JOB QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor&aposs degree in business administration, project management, operations management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role. Experience with managing small projects or assisting project managers in larger projects. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure that projects stay on track. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Precision in tracking project deliverables, schedules, and budgets. Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and tasks are completed on schedule. Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
