About the Role We're looking for a Podcast Guest Booker & Assistant who can balance media-focused research and outreach with organizational support. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys discovering interesting voices, coordinating details, and making sure projects run smoothly. What You'll Do Podcast Guest Booking Research and identify potential podcast guests that fit each show's goals Draft and send outreach messages via email and LinkedIn Track outreach, responses, and bookings in our CRM Schedule interviews, prepare briefing materials, and ensure guests are prepped Coordinate follow-ups and post-interview thank-yous Project & Executive Support Manage scheduling and meeting logistics for the executive producer Assist with email correspondence, task prioritization, and follow-ups Keep projects organized in Teamwork and support communication across the team What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in media, journalism, research, or talent coordination (some admin/assistant experience a plus, but not required) Excellent writing and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with Google Workspace, LinkedIn and Teamwork Positive, professional, and people-focused demeanor Bonus: Familiarity with podcasting or media production What Success Looks Like High-quality guests are consistently booked and well-prepared Scheduling and communications run seamlessly Projects stay on track, with the executive producer's time protected Guests and clients feel supported and valued throughout the process Compensation & Details Part-time, remote role Flexible schedule Paid training 424.13 per hour Show more Show less
