Role Description This is a part-time role for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Assistant at MOSCORD located in Taguig. The AP/AR Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to finance, invoicing, accounting, and communication within the organization. Responsibilities: Assist in AP related tasks and activities (includes AP trade, non-trade and accruals) Match and encode supplier's details to online database Ensure all seller invoices are reconciled per SOA. Assist with our collections with customers to follow-up on overdue accounts. Ensure all deposits are recorded in the Accounting system Handle posting of invoices in Quick books Assisting with various month-end tasks Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accountancy Experience of 10 years and above specifically in AP/AR subdepartment Proficiency in using MS excel Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and maintain organized structure Strong analytical Skills Excellent English communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well in a team Knowledge of relevant accounting software and experience in a similar role is a plus Others: Able to work from home without interruptions Willing to work as part-timer 4 hours a day Living in a provincial town with convenient internet access Show more Show less
