Product (Project Manager) Manager, SPX Express

• Own the creation and submission of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and feature requests, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance efforts to ensure product reliability and readiness before release
• Manage the end-to-end rollout of new features and enhancements, including coordination with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation and adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, tech, BI) to identify opportunities for product improvement and ensure alignment with business goals
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and optimize continuouslymes"

• 1-3 years of experience in product management or related roles in tech or platform-based companies
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, requirement gathering, and testing processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with UAT, QA, and product rollout processes is essential
