Job Description: Own the creation and submission of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and feature requests, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements. Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance efforts to ensure product reliability and readiness before release. Partner effectively with regional product and development functions (experience working with CN development centers is a strong advantage). Manage the end-to-end rollout of new features and enhancements, including coordination with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation and adoption. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, tech, BI) to identify opportunities for product improvement and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and optimize continuously. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in product management or related roles in tech or platform-based companies Strong understanding of product lifecycle, requirement gathering, and testing processes Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Experience with UAT, QA, and product rollout processes is essential
