- Perform data entry related to accounts payable and receivable documents.
- Prepare month-end invoices and reconcile reports, including month-end purchase accrual accounts.
- Perform Accounts Payable/Receivable duties as required.
- Assist with other accounting office administrative duties as needed.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Educational background in accounting or relevant.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic/Junior level (0-1 year) of experience in accounting or a related field.
