Description: Supports HR functions in orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and making employees consistently adhere to policies and procedures Verifies correctness of payroll and recommends for approval payroll disbursements. Maintains accounting and operational systems. Constantly looks out for systems that can be adopted by the business towards greater productivity, quality, and better customer satisfaction Can adhere to financial accounting standards. Provides senior management with annual budget information. Monitors revenues and expenses on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. Able to identify variances between actual performance and budget. Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and expiring obligations. Approves cash disbursements by verifying check amounts against invoices, and recommending check payments. Prepare periodic journal or ledger entries (accruals, reclassifications, adjustments). Able to do daily or periodic review of accounting transactions and maintain bookkeeping records. Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors. Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls. Supports senior management in adhering to all regulatory requirements and tax-related compliance obligations, including devising a roadmap to quickly address outstanding commitments or issues Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
