Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Checking OT slip and computing of overtime Preparing summary of leave of head office and checking summary of absences of site offices Keeping and Filling of 201 files Checking and follow-up of lacking documents for 201 files Preparing employment contract, non-disclosure contract and job description of newly hired employees Preparing company ID's of newly hired employee In-charge in preparing and receiving transmittal Filling all HR forms Conduct handbook orientation of newly hired employees HR coaching of newly hired project HR's Dealing with email and inquiries Maintaining Company Social Media Accounts Taking minutes of meetings Responsible in monitoring and releasing of office supplies in project sites Monitoring and inventory of office supplies and PPE's Responsible in yearly renewal of permits Printing and dissemination of resumes for interview Maintain contact list Monitoring and checking of trip ticket and gate pass Perform other function which may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any related business courses Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be keen to details Knowledgeable in using MS Office Basic knowledge in Philippine labor laws and practices No minimum experience required Willing to be assigned on any site locations Requirements: Resume or Biodata Certificate or Diploma NCII (if applicable) PRC (if applicable) SSS ID or E1 Form PAGIBIG number Philhealth number TIN ID CTC Barangay Clearance NBI Clearance Birth Certificate Marriage Contract (if applicable) TOR or Form 137 Skills: (Not indicated)
