🧩 What You'll Be Doing📅 Administrative & Organizational Support
  • Manage complex calendar across multiple business ventures and commitments
  • Handle email management: drafting, organizing, prioritizing, and responding appropriately
  • Track deadlines, reminders, and action items across various projects
  • Create and maintain organizational systems to enhance productivity
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and accommodations
📞 Sales & Outreach Support
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns via email and phone using provided scripts and targeting parameters
  • Track outreach progress, log responses, and manage systematic follow-ups
  • Generate and qualify warm leads for closing
  • Maintain prospect pipelines using CRM tools and tracking systems
  • Research potential clients and prepare briefings for sales conversations
🤖 Technical & AI Operations
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for research, content drafting, and automation
  • Create simple scripts and workflows for lead tracking and management
  • Learn and implement new tools and processes quickly
  • Support business planning and opportunity identification across ventures
