- Handle email management: drafting, organizing, prioritizing, and responding appropriately
- Track deadlines, reminders, and action items across various projects

- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and accommodations
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via email and phone using provided scripts and targeting parameters
- Track outreach progress, log responses, and manage systematic follow-ups
- Generate and qualify warm leads for closing
- Maintain prospect pipelines using CRM tools and tracking systems
- Research potential clients and prepare briefings for sales conversations
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for research, content drafting, and automation
- Create simple scripts and workflows for lead tracking and management
- Learn and implement new tools and processes quickly
- Support business planning and opportunity identification across ventures
- Highly organized – ability to bring structure to a creative, fast-moving environment
- Excellent English skills – neutral or American-accented English for phone outreach
- Outbound confidence – comfortable with cold calling and lead qualification
- Tech-savvy and AI-adaptable – quick learner for new tools and workflows

- Experience with sales, SDR work, or business development
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS outreach strategies
- CRM management and lead tracking experience
