We are seeking a highly capable finance professional to join my team and take ownership of the month-end close and reporting process across 15 investment entities. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the month-end close process for 15 entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packs tailored to various stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve efficiency
Present financial results and insights to non-financial stakeholders, translating data into clear narratives
Support audit and compliance processes as required

Key Requirements / Attributes:

CA or CPA qualified
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and automation
Strong background in financial reporting and stakeholder communication
Proven ability to interpret and present financial data to non-finance audiences
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Experience with investment entities or funds (preferred but not essential)
Proficiency in Excel and Xero
