- Manage administrative operations for cabinetry and residential construction projects
- Maintain organized project files, documents, and digital records
- Prepare bids, estimates, and proposals from provided scopes of work
- Create, track, and manage all project change orders
- Ensure no work proceeds without written and approved change orders
- Create and send invoices using QuickBooks Online
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Track job costing and project-level financial data
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and client balances
- Assist with payroll coordination and employee time tracking
- Draft professional client emails and payment reminders
- Philippines-based and able to work fully remote
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (construction or job costing preferred)
- Experience with invoicing, collections, and payroll support
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Comfortable enforcing systems, approvals, and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
