We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Vendor Management function. This role will be responsible for coordinating vendor-related projects, including onboarding new vendors and maintaining ongoing vendor relationships. Strong experience with Monday.com is required to manage workflows, track deliverables, and ensure smooth communication across teams. Flexibility is essential, as this position may involve attending occasional calls outside of normal business hours to support vendor and project needs.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements, and systems setup are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain relationships with onboard vendors, monitoring performance, compliance, and ongoing deliverables.
  • Manage and update project boards on Monday.com, tracking vendor activities, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for vendor performance and project status.
  • Identify risks or issues in vendor relationships and escalate as needed.
  • Attend scheduled calls outside of standard business hours when required to support vendor coordination or urgent project matters.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Vendor Management Associate, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Monday.com project management platform.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work or attend calls beyond normal business hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field preferred.
