  • In charge of QC work and audit of requests received from client to make sure they receive the correct information
  • Assisting the client when they face any customs issue in their respective countries and making sure we give them the correct advice to move forward with their shipments
  • Assisting team leader in communication with the client for their requests and other trade compliance matters
  • Help with the training and development of our new hires through regular check of their work and providing feedback and pointers to improve their skills
  • Assist on any work process improvement initiatives to improve the overall efficiency and share best practices.
