As a key member of the Finance team, you’ll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our daily accounting operations. You’ll work closely with Business Development, Client Success, and internal stakeholders to support billing, revenue tracking, and reconciliations. You’ll also play a vital role in our month-end close and reporting cycles.Your responsibilities will include:Monitoring bank activity, including incoming wire transfers and paymentsRecording and categorizing financial transactions in NetSuiteSupporting the invoicing process and coordinating with internal teamsManaging accounts receivable: tracking payments, following up on unpaid invoices, and maintaining accurate aging reportsAssisting with accounts payable, including entering bills and verifying approvalsSupporting the month-end close process through:Bank reconciliationsRevenue and expense allocationsPreparing journal entries and balance sheet schedulesAssisting with payroll and commission calculations as neededWhat We’re Looking For:2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a high-growth or tech-enabled companyStrong proficiency in NetSuite (must-have)Familiarity with Bill.com , Salesforce , or similar tools (nice to have)Solid understanding of core accounting principles; GAAP knowledge is a plusHigh attention to detail—especially with reconciliations, categorization, and manual processesA collaborative communicator who works well across functionsComfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the detailsWhy This Role?
