- Team Leadership and Development: Define what good looks like for each, identify gaps, and build a structured path to close them within daily operations, coach team leaders through escalations rather than resolving them and set clear decision boundaries.
- Operational Performance: Maintain service performance and customer trust across a 24/7, high-volume operation, monitor error trends, distinguish systemic failures from individual ones, and act on root causes and ensure escalations to customers happen before SLA or milestone impact, not after.
- Change and Process Adoption: Implement changes to operating models and ways of working defined at corporate level, build adoption with internal clients (CCL) who may resist change. This requires trust-building and clear communication, not just enforcement, drive system usage and reduce reliance on manual, duplicative processes and balance corporate requirements with the local operational reality in Cebu.
- Quality and Capability Building: Build training and knowledge development into daily operations, reduce recurring errors by diagnosing whether the driver is a knowledge gap, a process gap, or a leadership behaviour and ensure INCOTERMS, documentation standards, and compliance requirements are correctly applied by specialists and understood by Team Leaders.
