About the Job:We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior/Manager to join our client's team and lead global audit operations, driving performance, process improvement, and operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee audit teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, standardize workflows, leverage data-driven insights, and ensure top-tier client and carrier engagement. You will mentor high-performing teams, optimize processes, and implement initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and service quality.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Audit Supervisors and Managers across global client accounts.
  • Ensure effective execution of audit processes to identify and resolve exceptions.
  • Analyze operational performance against KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Drive automation and standardization of workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Mentor and coach teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as an escalation point for clients and carriers, providing timely resolution.
  • Facilitate training, CAPA documentation, and maintain SOPs/work instructions.
  • Participate in audit reviews and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' managerial experience in technology, logistics, or BPO with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or process improvement certification preferred.
  • Proven leadership in managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
