Design graphics, layouts, and digital content for social media, website posts, presentations, and online promotions.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and visual standards.
Help maintain the content calendar and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and posts.
Assist in planning and posting content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Edit short-form videos, reels, or motion graphics using templates or mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, etc.).
Support the team in collecting performance insights (likes, shares, and reach) to help improve future content.

Bachelor’s or College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, IT or any related field.
1–2 years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or related work (internships or freelance included).
Basic skills in design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively in a team.
Should be a strategist and is capable to think out-of-the-box.
Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, training skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.
Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
