They ensure to roll-out company Policies and controls to maintain Inventory Accuracy and product quality. This role is also accountable in record management, filing and archiving.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Inventory Record Accuracy
Ensure 100% Inventory Record accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transaction in both SAP and Subsystem. Performs cycle counts and patriate in Van inventory route settlementProduct Quality Sustainability
Monitoring of Beetle Count Index (BCI), Safety Risk Index, Temperature and Relative humidity and Fe-Fo complianceAsset Management
Support BWIC compliance to asset maintenance management to prolong assets usesablity. Report condition of damaged and/or asset for disposalRecord Management
Ensure documents and records is filed in accordance with company standards.Other
Manage various project and task as they arise and upon line manager's requestWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or its equivalent. CPA is an advantage
At least 5 years of total working experience: 3 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG
Basic understanding in Inventory Management
Knowlege in SAP (STO and Migo process)
Verbal and written communication skill
Computer literate
Analytical and logical skills
