- Support the processing of student applications by developing processes to ensure smooth and timely operations, coordinating program admissions services, conducting interviews, calling students, and handling related tasks.
- Help with the creation, evaluation, and presentation of program-related reports.
- Conducting interviews to assess the English skills of students, evaluating pathway program related interviews, and conducting one-on-one meetings with students to comprehensively review their academic progress.
- Become a core of the program's overall support system.
- Developing our networking and counseling process.
- Participating in online and in-person student recruitment counseling sessions.
- Establish and maintain close, interpersonal working relationships with students, partner universities, and agents. (Sales & Networking)
- Responding to student applicants' queries via email, social media channels, and other tools.
- Use customer service skills for the benefit of the students - Assisting our students with their Finnish residence permit applications/queries.
- Participating to study abroad events.
- Participation in regular online meetings set by the Edunation Team
- Participation in a once or twice a month team meeting in Makati or another dedicated place is required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Strong problem-solver with sound judgment.
- Quick learner who adapts smoothly to new systems, work tools, and processes.
- Skilled in time management and detail-oriented.
- Open-minded and friendly team player who enjoys collaboration.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.

- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service or as an Administrative
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Currently residing in Metro Manila or nearby areas.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
- Passion for supporting students in their educational journeys.
