- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Elicit, formalize, and validate functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories or other relevant artifacts
- Construct workflows and business process models
- Collaborate with the development team on a regular basis and provide timely support and general guidance on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, lead requirement gathering sessions, and deliver clear documentation and insights.
- Take part in designing functionality together with the UX designer and/or development team
- Explore new technologies and trends to improve business models and operations.
- Actively contribute to innovation discussions and initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with corporate standards and governance frameworks
- Monitor and optimize budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and risk reduction.
- Analyze operations, design better workflows, and lead improvement initiatives.
- Use data and scientific management techniques to provide solutions to cater to various business needs.
- Prepare Excel/Power BI/Tableau reports by collecting data, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends for or during Executive-level presentations.
- Design formula-based/macro-based reporting templates based on operational needs.
- Present Business Insights, Process Insights, Performance Insights & Market Insights to management using analytics. Actively participate in the implementation of approved insights.
- Process Analysis to Improve Throughput, Quality, Operations, and Forecasting.
- Prepare Metrics and Scorecards for various evaluations and comparisons for competing entities (vendors, admin, processes).
- Prepare Dashboard and Metrics for Program Managers, User Response Analysis, Performance and Quality Measurement, and New Metrics Definition.
- Present Financial Analysis that is not limited to Cost-Benefit, Price per Quantity, Resource, and Overhead costing for various activities.
- Project Management, including Planning, Coordination, Effort Estimation, Reporting, and Execution.
- Drive the project and identify parameters for next steps/enhancements.
- Lead and assist in special Pilot Projects related to Business, and come up with actionable recommendations.
- Write a detailed PRD for new proposals and get new workflows to improve the existing data.
- Review the policy documentation and suggest improvements, including workflow and processes to increase efficiency.
- Graduate of Computer Science, IT, Business Analysis, Process Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis
- CBAP/IIBA Certification is a plus
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written and presentation skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Google Docs / Google Sheets / Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with the SDLC, Agile Scrum Methodology, and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or AWS), and Behavior-Driven Development
- Experience working as a business analyst in an agile environment
- Familiarity with analysis and modeling tools
- Graduate diploma in courses related to IT/ Business Analysis / Process Engineering
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating complex business needs into structured requirements.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar cloud-based ETL tools.
- Solid skills in SQL and Python Notebooks.
- Understanding of data platforms (e.g., Data Lake, Data Warehouse).
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R/Python, and Automation.
- Data presentation & Insights report writing is a core skill.
- SQL & Tableau automation, VB basic and advanced Excel formulas are a must.
- Designing, analyzing, and performing root cause analysis for required areas.
- Vendor QA data & analysis related needs.
- Participate in QMS tool data review, tool testing, and dashboard design process.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
- Exposure to the project and program management function.
