Responsibilities Supervise day to day operations in the warehouse - maintains fleet and equipment. Maintains personnel structure and approved manning count Plans and coordinate local deliveries, monitor and evaluates performance of warehouse staff. Monitors the unloading of all goods from the containers to the warehouse and ensures these are received properly via SAP encoding. Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures and GMP findings. Oversees proper labelling, follows FIFO and rotation of inventory. Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and discipling delivery team. Maintains an equipment structure (forklift and Pallet Jack) and level to accomplish the warehouse receiving operations in a safe and effective manner. Coordination with cross functional teams for importation and local delivery schedules. Maintains records, reports relevant information, and prepares any necessary documentation. Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Qualifications Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred. Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics and management Time management skills and the ability to delegate. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
