Oversee warehouse and logistics day-to-day operations
Manage productivity and performance of warehouse and logistics team
Ensure records and all documentation prepared by the team are accurate and complete
Conduct inspections and audits on warehouse and inventory to ensure compliance in standard operating and safety protocols
Conduct initial investigations on cases or incidents
Improve processes and procedures in the warehouse and logistics function
Actively participate in procurement of field engineering tools and equipment, including researching vendors, reviewing agreements, and negotiating
Act as point of escalation for discrepancies in the inventory, issues in the performance of the team, or stakeholder complaints
Coach, train, and discipline as needed the warehouse and logistics teams
Provide reports and recommendations to senior management
Ensure alignment among team members and major stakeholders of the team, escalating to management issues as appropriate

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in a similar role with managerial or supervisorial function
Proficient in verbal and written English
Computer-literate (familiar with at least MS Office)
Ability to work in multitasks under pressure
Physically fit and able to engage in heavy lifting for warehouse item
