• Delivering a full range of tax compliance and management in line with the Philippine tax laws and regulations
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns and requirements (e.g. VAT, Withholding Tax, Income tax, Annualization, Alphalist, SLSP etc). Assure timely submission, completeness, accuracy and proper documentations are being met
• Preparing quarterly and annual tax returns of expats and consultants.
• Providing innovative tax planning, risk management and tax exposure review of simple to complex transactions in the company’s operations
• Carrying out tax research and advisory for new transactions (e.g. offshore transactions, if any)
• Performing tax reconciliations of related party transactions, if any
• Coordinating with employees and consultants any relevant tax updates, reminders, documents and deadlines
• Maintaining Financial Statement Analysis and general ledger for tax related balances such as income tax provision, input VAT, output VAT, deferred tax etc. and disclosures.
• Managing, coordinating and leading tax audits and assessments to be executed by the BIR, local government unit and other government agencies.
• Improving processes by developing or implementing best practices such as system upgrade that will enhance tax compliance and reporting.

• Must have a degree in BS Accountancy and a CPA/Licensed Accountant.
• Work experience in one of the Big 4 auditing firms in the Philippines.
• With 3-5 years of working experience in Taxation
• Can manage or lead tax audits and BIR Assessments
• Expertise in corporate and individual taxation.
• Have a construction or project management background
• Develops working relationships with (range of) internal stakeholders.
• Works with team members providing operational delivery of team/regional strategy etc.
