- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Minimum 2 years ICT industry experience with similar responsibilities
- Exposure to, and detailed understanding of technical concepts such as Networking, Compute, Storage, AV equipment, Servers, etc.
- A methodical approach
- Ability to coordinate a high volume of inbound support tickets
- Vendor certifications from one or more of the leading I.T. organisations, (CISCO, CompTIA)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- First point of contact for incoming support tickets.
- Assigning support tickets to relevant teams/team members based on ticket contents and current work schedule.
- Performing initial client contact via phone.
