About the opportunityWe're in search of a self-driven People Projects & Transformation specialist who can drive successful HR capital projects. This role will be situated in either Malaysia or the Philippines and will integrate into our regional People Projects & Transformation team.Responsibilities:Provide project management governance and organisational change management of People-related capital projectsWork closely with cross-functional teams to ruthlessly prioritise projects and scope/business requirements.Identify, assess and escalate project risks as needed; and collate information to enable effective decision-making.Ensure all cross-functional teams, senior leaders and stakeholders are aligned on project changes and decisions (eg. consistent alignment with all parties, comprehensive project documentation, lead governance meetings)Ensure projects are executed against timelines, milestones and budgets.Stay up-to-date on best practices, methodologies and tools to optimise project management and change management processes to improve the delivery of People projects.What you need to be successfulMinimal of 5 years of experience in project management with at least 2 years managing People-related projects and organisational change management.Highly motivated towards meeting goals and ability to motivate & influence teams to focus on deliveryExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.Passionate about learning and changes, a creative problem solver who strives for excellence.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and diving deep into functional areas to solve project challenges.Who we are“To be the most loved everyday food and groceries destination!” - that's our mission at foodpanda (small 'f').foodpanda is the largest food and grocery delivery platform in Asia, outside of China.
