Japanese Bilingual - Digital Finance Transformation Manager Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3 Key Responsibilities Lead project delivery, client conversations, and stakeholder management. Direct/guide teams on project executions, ensuring timely delivery. Lead solution design and implementation within budget constraints. Coordinate effectively with client organizations to enhance relationships. Lead EPM application design, identifying optimal solutions for clients. Identify business development opportunities and drive client conversations. Work independently on business development and project delivery. Qualifications Strong bilingual proficiency in JLPT N1 or N2. Ability to hold business conversations with Japan Leadership and Japanese Clients. Experience in SAP FICO, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EBS design and implementation. Finance business process knowledge related to Organization Structure, Master Data, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, etc. Experience In SAP/ERP Reporting Capabilities (BI/BO, BW, SAC, Etc.). Understanding of SAP and Allied Systems' Reporting and Customization capabilities. Deep knowledge and experience in SAP and other ERP system integration projects, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance modules/applications. Process expertise in Finance, Operating Model, Shared Services, and Delivery Operations.
