  • Learn all the necessary information given for work;
  • Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers and emails, possible hotline);
  • Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service;
  • Be ready to work at night shifts;
  • Interact with other departments to resolve issues;
Qualifications:
  • Good written communication skills
  • Fluency in Korean is must have
  • English is Upper-Intermediate and above
  • Experience in iGaming is a plus
  • Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results
  • Excellent basic computer skills
  • Ability to work from personal laptop
