- Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers and emails, possible hotline);
- Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service;
- Be ready to work at night shifts;
- Interact with other departments to resolve issues;
- Good written communication skills
- Fluency in Korean is must have
- English is Upper-Intermediate and above
- Experience in iGaming is a plus
- Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results
- Excellent basic computer skills
- Ability to work from personal laptop
